In terms of remuneration distribution, Josun Science & Technology pursues the remuneration distribution principle of performance first while taking count of equality simultaneously, implements dual-channel principle of management technology, exercises organic combination of broadband remuneration which is based on position value and competence model and salary system of position grade, and makes appropriate inclination to excellent staff.
Double-leading remuneration
Josun Science & Technology exercises the strategy of inspiring human resources with remuneration, ensures that remuneration level of the enterprise is of leading advantage within both the region and the industry, and struggles to grasp the wind vane of reasonable remuneration.
Three adjustments of remuneration
Josun Science & Technology exercises three adjustments of remuneration: general adjustment of annual salary, real-time salary and staged salary, and struggles to realize a remuneration strategy of optimum competitiveness.

Welfare security
The company pays great attention to various securities for staff life, and on the basis of providing the staff with various social insurances stipulated by the state, it also gets close to staff life and formulates rich and multiple comprehensive welfares. The main welfare items include:
Birthday thanksgiving
On birthday of staff, the company will send birthday thanksgiving money and card to parents and parents-in-law of the staff, and hold collective birthday party for staff every month.
Festival welfare
Relevant welfares will be issued on Women’s Day, the Dragon Boat Festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Spring Festival and other festivals and holidays.
Internal title welfare
